I'm Christina Kathleen, ACSM CPT, and creator of FemmePhysiques

 FemmePhysiques is dedicated to helping the millions of women who’ve struggled with not getting the fitness results they desire. I was one of them, so now I’m paying my success forward by revealing the secrets to achieving better and faster results!

Because every woman deserves to feel happy, confident, strong & sexy in their own skin regardless of their shape, size or age!

  As a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor, I’ve educated and inspired countless women along their health & fitness journeys. And in this Blog, I’ll be sharing everything I’ve learned to help you reach your health & fitness goals too.  

 I believe in a flexible approach that’s more realistic, attainable, and sustainable. And without needing to sacrifice your favorite foods, social life, or happiness!

Personal Bio

 I’ve always had an inherent passion for fitness that was first sparked as a little girl in the 80’s with a workout toy I used to love called, Get in Shape, Girl! But then as a teenager, my fitness journey began to derail and I found myself struggling with my weight as a result of hormonal changes, bad snacking habits, and just not being active enough. After years of yo-yo dieting, eating SnackWells, and getting nowhere. I started to rekindle my love for home workouts with OG video classics like, Cindy Crawford’s: Shape Your Body and the Buns of Steel Series. Between iconic videos like these and reading stacks of Fitness magazines, they helped inspire my passion and ultimately my Dharma. I’ve always been a foodie so I started learning about portion control and how to make better food choices. And since I also enjoy cooking, I figured out how to modify recipes to be healthier – yet still taste delicious!

 My love for health and fitness continued to receiving my degree in Exercise Physiology from The State College of Florida and becoming a certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Subsequently, I continued my education with certifications in Pilates and Barre.

 After college, I took a leap of faith and moved to New York City to further my careers in personal training and modeling. The pressure to be fit in the NYC modeling industry was very real – but not very realistic! As a result, this inspired and encouraged years of extensive research, studying, and experimentation that helped create my FemmePhysiques technique. This proven fitness method enabled me to achieve a strong, lean, and toned feminine physique – without the masculine-looking bulk. Since genetics play a large part in our fitness results, I learned how to adjust my resistance training accordingly to achieve my desired effects. And thus, The FemmePhysiques Technique™ was born. 

 For over two decades I’ve been dedicated to deciphering the code to women’s body shaping that will sculpt strong, toned, and feminine physiques. I am continually committed to researching and designing some of the most effective exercises in women’s fitness. My unique fitness method has empowered countless people to transform their bodies, strengthen their minds and enhance all areas of their lives. My philosophy has always been rooted in self-love and empowering women to find their true strength – from the inside out.
