I'm Christina Kathleen, ACSM CPT, and creator of FemmePhysiques

 FemmePhysiques is dedicated to helping the millions of women who’ve struggled with not getting the fitness results they desire. I was one of them so I’m paying my success forward by revealing to you the secrets for achieving better and faster results!

Every woman deserves to feel happy, confident, strong & sexy in their own skin regardless of their shape, size or age!

  As a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor, I’ve educated and inspired countless women along their health & fitness journeys. In this Blog, I’ll be sharing everything I’ve learned to help you reach your health & fitness goals too.  

 I believe in a flexible approach that’s more realistic, attainable, and sustainable. And without needing to sacrifice your favorite foods, social life, or happiness!

Personal Bio

My philosophy has always been rooted in self-love and empowering women to find their true strength – from the inside out. I have decades of experience in the health and fitness industry as an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) certified Personal Trainer, Barre, and Pilates Instructor.

 I’ve always had an inherent passion for fitness that was first sparked as a little girl with a workout toy I loved called, Get in Shape, Girl!  But as a teenager, my fitness journey derailed and I found myself struggling with my weight as a result of hormonal changes, bad snacking habits, and not being active enough. After years of yo-yo dieting, eating SnackWells, and getting nowhere, I started exercising at home with OG workout video classics like, Cindy Crawford’s: Shape Your Body and the Buns of Steel Series. These videos helped inspire my love of home workouts, and ultimately, my Dharma. I also started learning how to portion control and make better food choices. Since I enjoy cooking and I’m a total foodie, I learned how to modify recipes to be healthier – yet still taste delicious!

 

 My fitness journey continued to receiving my degree in Exercise Physiology from The State College of Florida. Subsequently, I fell in love with the Pilates and Barre methods and became certified in them as well. After college, I took a leap of faith and moved to New York City to further my personal training and modeling careers. The pressure to be fit in the NYC modeling industry was very real – but not very realistic! As a result, the contrast inspired and encouraged years of extensive research, studying, and experimentation that helped create my FemmePhysiques fitness method. It’s the method that enabled me to achieve a strong, lean, and toned feminine physique – without the masculine-looking bulk. Since genetics play a large part in our fitness results, I learned how to adjust my resistance training accordingly to achieve my desired effects. And thus, The FemmePhysiques Technique was born. 

 

 My life’s work has been dedicated to deciphering the code to women’s body shaping that will sculpt strong, toned, and feminine physiques. I am continually committed to researching and designing some of the most effective exercise techniques in women’s fitness. My unique fitness method has empowered countless people to transform their bodies, strengthen their minds and enhance all areas of their lives.
